    If an item needs to be returned due to damage or imperfections, we will arrange to retrieve the item from you at your convenience.

    Returning an unwanted item

    Personal customers wishing to return an item that is unwanted (and is not damaged or defective) should contact our customer services team and we will arrange for you to return the goods.
