Delivery Times and Charges

The majority of items are in stock in our large UK based warehouse and are delivered in 7 to 10 days. Our customer services team will contact you if there are any unforseen issues that may delay delivery.

Returning A Broken Or Damaged Item

We try our hardest to ensure that our high level of craftsmanship reaches you in perfect condition. However, very occasionally an item may have imperfections that were not spotted during the manufacturing process or was damaged during transit.

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and notify us of any discrepancy or problem affecting the order and we will do our utmost to fix the issue promptly. If an item needs to be returned due to damage or imperfections, we will arrange to retrieve the item from you at your convenience. Please ensure you retain any packaging

Returning An Unsuitable Item

Personal customers wishing to return an item that is unsuitable (and is not damaged or defective) should contact our customer services team and we will arrange for you to return the goods.

The returned goods need to be in their original box and in saleable condition. The return of unsuitable items is at the buyer’s expense. If we arrange return carriage, we will refund the cost of the item minus the costs involved in the return of the goods. No additional admin or restocking fees are charged for returning items.

Special Orders

A number of items in our range are not carried in stock and are specially ordered from our suppliers. These items are clearly marked in the store and have a delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks.
